Volunteer Info & Application

Volunteers are needed in all age groups.  Students who are able to receive community service hours can use them for this event! 

               Volunteers will be needed for the following positions:

• Volunteer Table

• Artists - assist set-up

• Vendors - assist  set-up

• Entertainment - assist set-up

• Kids Tent attendants

• Clean-up periodically during event (general area, food area, etc.)

• Garbage container pick ups periodically during event

• Parking lot attendants

• Parking donation collectors

• Roving security w/walkie talkie

• Artist booth runners (to help artists with things they need during the event)

• Artist booth sitters (to relieve artists for restroom and food breaks)

• Roving volunteers (check on artists, sponsors, vendors and attend to their needs)

• Greeter & Invitation check at Artist & Sponsor Recognition event

• Post event clean-up
