Suncoast Arts
Advocacy is a parent, student and community member based group formed in
March 2011 when budget cuts proposed to eliminate many arts programs in
Pasco County were a key issue. Through efforts of parents, students and
community members, the school district heard of the negative impact that
taking arts programs out of education would have on students, and an entire
community realized the greater worth that arts education provides to our
youth.
